iService Center is looking for a Service Center Manager having experience in Managing a Service Center or Sales Outlet. Front Office role, A Background in the Service or Hospitality Industry will be preferred.
Training will be provided to the right candidate. Familiarity with CRM is a big plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
Job Description
1. Engage with the Client to accept Devices for high level diagnostics to provide accurate estimates for smartphones and tablet issues.
2. Creation of Work Orders on CRM to track the device repair life-cycle from Estimate up to Invoicing and Sales Receipt.
3. Manage the ordering and procurement of Spare Parts and Accessories and creating proper Debit Vouchers for the same
4. Creating Debit Vouchers for Company related petty cash expenses and maintaining records in the CRM system.
5. Follow-up with clients and providing status updates to Clients on the current status of their device, right from work complete to Pick up.
6. Handles Pre-Repair and Post-Repair warranty customer requests for technical assistance and support.
7. Manage a Front Office and Engineering Staff or 4 to 8 personnel.
8. Manage the Service Center and workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy workshop environment along with safety measures.
Education and Experience
1. B.Com, BBA or equivalent Degree Minimum
2. Minimum Five Years of experience with at least two in Managing a Front Office in the Service Industry
3. Accounting and analytical Skills with knowledge of business processes
4. Experience in Managing Procurement and Inventory of Parts
5. Experience with an IT Service Desk is a Plus
Knowledge and Skills Required
1. Proficient in English with good communications skills
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Ability to calmly deal with Customers in a difficult situation
4. Ability to handle pressure with proper Time Management
5. Experience in conflict resolution and damage control
